Richard and Helen are the much loved Senior Pastors of LifeHouse Church.

Richard heard the call of God on his life at the age of 16 and turned his life radically around to follow Christ. He spent another 16 years serving God at Bible College, in the workforce and in associate ministry until his heart’s desire of planting a church came to fruition. Richard has an incredible vision to see Melbourne and Australia dramatically changed for the glory of God. Richard is renowned for his amazing communication ability and a powerful evangelistic gift; numerous salvations are a weekly occurrence at LifeHouse. This gift is also opening doors for Richard to speak in other parts of the nation, encouraging mature churches to re-discover God’s desperation to seek and save the lost.

Helen is Richard’s partner in life and in ministry and God has anointed her with a powerful speaking gift. Helen leads LifeHouse Women, where she seeks to encourage God's daughters in their purpose and destiny. She shares Richard's passion for the unchurched and loves to see fresh faces in God's house. Helen also regularly blesses the wider church with powerful messages which challenge believers to live a life that passionately reflects their faith
in Christ.

Family is an integral part of Richard and Helen’s life and they are blessed with 3 fantastic children- Sarah, Stephanie and Mark. They are a generous, hospitable family who live their faith practically by blessing others and making a difference in their community.

Joseph Swan has over 20 years experience working in ministry. His passion and giftings lie in helping people realise their God-given potential. He loves to see people growing in God. Joseph is married to Cathy and they have three amazing children; Ryley, Keely & Zion.

Paul Spyrou is a passionate youth pastor and communicator who lives to see young people come to Christ. Paul is an encourager and loves God with all his heart. He is married to Mary and they have three beautiful children; Joseph, Kayla & Matthew.

Jonathan & Rachel Beattie are the Worship Pastors at LifeHouse. Their passion for the Church and their desire to see people released in worship is forefront in their ministry. They are gifted musicians and bring their professional experience and heart for God to the LifeHouse team. We think they're great!
